Victor Behar has a long and distinguished record of accomplishments in the healthcare field. In the early 90’s, he founded Managed Care Insurance Consultants (MCIC), and it has grown to be a first-class insurance risk management company. It services national insurance companies in the area of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial customers through its partnerships with physicians of all specialties in the North and Southeastern United States. His executive management experience includes responsibility for financial and operational performance, all aspects of health care delivery systems, network development and contracting. Mr. Behar is also responsible for managing resources and maintaining a high level in the quality of care and service within the company.

He currently serves as Chairman of MCIC and is the owner of several healthcare-related companies. Mr. Behar was previously a healthcare executive for CAC Ramsay’s Workers’ Compensation Division, later acquired by United Healthcare.

Victor graduated from Florida International University, Accounting and Finance, and completed an MBA program and is licensed as an All Lines insurance consultant in the State of Florida.
