Dr. David A. Butler’s goal is to provide high-quality medical care focusing on the prevention of chronic illness and promoting innovative, high quality, comprehensive healthcare plans individualized for each patient. After practicing in multiple areas of primary care such as outpatient clinics, ER physician and hospitalist Dr. Butler further expanded his study of medicine by successfully completing an Anti-aging fellowship. He has served as Medical Director to three skilled nursing facilities and owned two successful medical clinics. In 2014 he began working with different IPA’s as both partner and Medical Director. These Directorships opened avenues for Dr. Butler to work with physicians from all specialties in Medicare Advantage and commercial managed care plans.
